I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Michelle as my coach! Her warm, intuitive presence made it easy to open up, and I felt truly seen in our sessions. I typically take time to build trust, but with Michelle, I felt comfortable from the very first session. Michelle's customized meditations were particularly impactful - she always seemed to know exactly what I needed to hear, no matter the challenge I was facing. Her meditations offer wisdom that I was able to integrate in my day-to-day. Through Michelle's coaching, I deepened my connection with my intuition, which has increased my confidence in my intuitive decision-making. Michelle really helped me reframe my idea of what conflict is and helped me see that advocating for myself is safe, and while it can feel confronting, it does not mean it will cause conflict. Her perspective and gentle guidance helped me see things differently, reframe a fear based belief, and encouraged me to do less people pleasing and more honoring of my needs and boundaries.

The personal healing that Michelle did for me was so impactful! I truly loved it from the beginning to the end. It really shifted things for me in a big way.

Michelle was easily able to create a space where I was able to be myself and not have to filter my words as I spoke. I felt no pressure or judgement to have to change my being, instead, I felt seen and accepted just the way I am. The most impactful insight that I had during my time with Michelle was this reminder that I have a natural tendency to always be in some form of constant movement (including with my thoughts) and that is okay! I enjoy giving and always having something to do; however, it is an essential practice to slow down and ground myself throughout my day and/or for longer periods of time as needed.
