I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Michelle as my coach! Her warm, intuitive presence made it easy to open up, and I felt truly seen in our sessions. I typically take time to build trust, but with Michelle, I felt comfortable from the very first session. Michelle's customized meditations were particularly impactful - she always seemed to know exactly what I needed to hear, no matter the challenge I was facing. Her meditations offer wisdom that I was able to integrate in my day-to-day. Through Michelle's coaching, I deepened my connection with my intuition, which has increased my confidence in my intuitive decision-making. Michelle also helped me navigate relationship anxiety, offering insights I still refer back to, and guided me in reframing negative subconscious programming around sleep - a huge breakthrough for me. Michelle is an incredible coach!!! I left each session feeling seen, grounded, and inspired. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to gain clarity, align with their greater purpose, and/or cultivate a deeper connection with themselves.

Michelle really helped me reframe my idea of what conflict is and helped me see that advocating for myself is safe, and while it can feel confronting, it does not mean it will cause conflict. Her perspective and gentle guidance helped me see things differently, reframe a fear based belief, and encouraged me to do less people pleasing and more honoring of my needs and boundaries.

I always feel calmer and more confident in my ability to handle my life and responsibilities after our session. Things just feel easier afterward.

I would recommend Michelle to any person who is ready to go deeper and meet themselves in order to let go of raggedy old beliefs, black and white thinking, or low self-esteem. The personal healing that Michelle did for me was so impactful! I truly loved it from the beginning to the end. It really shifted things for me in a big way.

I uncovered some things that I had been carrying my whole life that I wasn't even aware of. I felt an old part of me had released that wasn't serving me. I truly feel excited for the future and my new empowering identity.

After our session I felt calm, yet excited. Through my awareness and releasing of some old identities, I felt like I never have before. Even my husband has noticed a change in me. The challenges and fear we worked through was not to sabotage my self to take opportunity and take steps to get out of my comfort zone and try something different. I take how to just go for it and not have that fear to try new things. So I can shift my life if I don’t take the action I will get more depressed. If I get out my comfort zone things will change.

Michelle was easily able to create a space where I was able to be myself and not have to filter my words as I spoke. I felt no pressure or judgement to have to change my being, instead, I felt seen and accepted just the way I am. Overall, I could tell how Michelle heard me, seen me and genuinely cared to be part of the process in helping me move forward in the way I needed it.

The most impactful insight that I had during my time with Michelle was this reminder that I have a natural tendency to always be in some form of constant movement (including with my thoughts) and that is okay! I enjoy giving and always having something to do; however, it is an essential practice to slow down and ground myself throughout my day and/or for longer periods of time as needed. Creation and momentum can also come from taking a pause. Such a great reminder for me. Thank you Michelle!
